Darren Hession has been in the security industry since leaving the Royal Marines in 1999. While serving, he completed the Royal Military Police Close Protection course at Longmoor in 1997.
He holds a Masters Degree in Security and Risk Management, and a Foundation Degree in Protective Security Management and is the Managing Director of Axien Security Limited.
Having operated in over 20 countries, he has also spent 12 years in Afghanistan and has strong local connections in the region. He leads the international side of the business.
